TYPE

Clear ink based on acrylic emulsion of high reactivity and curing at ambient temperature.

INDICATIONS

For serigraphic printing on flock paper transfer.

PROPERTIES

Flexible film ink of soft hand specially developed for flock paper transfer.

PREPARATION

The substrate: the substrate must have no free flocks. Brush it a little if there are free flocks.
The ink: the ink is colorless, and can be pigment-dyed (in case of white flock paper).
The matrix: 55-thread nylon or polyester, using Serifoto Emulsão Fotográfica Resist Água E.5002 or E.5003.

APPLICATION

Printing with matrix in contact with the substrate with low-medium hardness squeegee (55-65 shores) of lightly round edge, with constant pressure and average speed at an angle of 45º. The substrate must be printed on vacuum table. After it is printed, when it is still moist, put the substrate in Serisol Fixador. Take it and tap it lightly on the back for removing a little of Serisol Fixador. Leave it drying for at least 12 hours. After this drying, brush it with soft bristle brush for removing the crystals of Serisol Fixador which are free on the substrate. Dry it, at the maximum of 100ºC for 1 minute for the melting of Serisol Fixador.

Note

We recommend previous testing, because it is a very delicate process.

TRANSFERENCE

In thermal press, with average pressure of 100 pounds, temperature of 180ºC for 15 to 18 seconds. Remove the paper in cold.
